Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you will meet one-on-one with a therapist, usually for 50 minutes in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. Individual therapy provides you an opportunity to talk about personal concerns and work toward personal growth. Your therapist will act as your guide as you explore your thoughts and feelings, identify goals and work toward solutions.

Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life.
